Ash Morris (they/them)
ArtistAsh Morris (they/them) is a disabled creative producer, performance maker and community arts practitioner. They work across disability arts, youth arts and community projects.
Ash is the Founder and Creative Director of Rogue Access, a disability-led artist collective and production company, and the creator and producer of HOT MESS ACCESS (FRINGE WORLD 2026).
They are also an artist in Melbourne Fringe’s Radical Access Artist Lab, exploring aesthetic access in performance.
Ash works across creative producing, project development, facilitation, access and artist development.
They have a strong focus on paying artists fairly and creating accessible opportunities for young disabled artists.
About their work
I focus on creating well-supported projects where artists are paid fairly, access is embedded in the design, and disabled artists have genuine creative agency.
