Asphyxia is a Deaf artist, composer, writer and activist who created Amplio, like Spotify for Deaf and hard of hearing people, where music is rebuilt to be seen, heard, felt and customised to an individual's range. Author of award-winning books, including Future Girl / The Words In My Hands and The Grimstones. She shares details of Deaf experience, raises awareness of oppression of Deaf and offers a free online Auslan course.
